Guest Safety
The safety and well-being of our guests and employee is of great importance to the festival.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event of moderate weather such as rain, the festival will continue as planned although some outdoor event schedules might be modified. Please check our Facebook and Instagram pages for updates. In the event of severe weather, we will alert all CALF venues, offer instructions on our social media and send an email to guests. Sign up for the City of Abilene’s CodeRed Emergency Notification System (instructions below).

LOST AND FOUND
A lost and found box will be located at Festival Headquarters at the T&P Depot boardroom. You can also turn in lost items or search for your lost item at any of the CALF venues and a volunteer or employee will help you. You can reach the Depot at 325-677-1161 or email calf@abilenecac.org
Emergency Notification System
In the case of an emergency or urgent notification, the City of Abilene has the capability to notify residents via the telephone through a warning system called CodeRED. The system is geographical-based and allows the City to alert citizens based on their location and telephone numbers. A pre-recorded message tells a live person or an answering machine about the specific situation and if any action is necessary.
